Vice Senior General Soe Win urges vigilance against unscrupulous behavior

In a compelling address at the Aung San Hall of Tatmadaw (Army) Combat Training School in Ba Htoo station on April 2, Vice Chairman of the State Administration Council (SAC) Vice Senior General Soe Win emphasized the importance of vigilance and cooperation with authorities.

His call to action was directed at countering unscrupulous service personnel and organizations that exploit innocent individuals, capitalizing on their lack of comprehensive understanding of the Conscription Law and associated regulations.

During the meeting with infantry platoon commander trainees and officer cadets, the Vice-Senior General stressed the need to analyze enemy tactics meticulously, enabling effective counter operations, the development of individual capabilities contributes to overall group strength and balancing combat power and capability ensures optimal effectiveness.

Furthermore, the Vice-Senior General reminded trainees of their voluntary commitment to the Tatmadaw. 

He highlighted recent legal developments, including the enforcement of the Conscription Law on February 10 and the Reserve Forces Law on February 13, 2024.

His parting words resonated with urgency: “Raise legal awareness among your peers and families. Organize against the propaganda of armed terrorist groups. Lives are at stake in the jungles.”

The ceremony also saw the presence of senior military officers from the Office of the Commander-in-Chief and the commander of Eastern Command, underscoring the gravity of the message delivered by Vice Senior General Soe Win.
