Myitkyina Airport in Kachin State is back in operation with regular flights according to reports from travel agencies and ticket agents.

A ticket sales representative in Myitkyina confirmed, "Myitkyina Airport opens again today. Air lines are already running again."

The airport had temporarily closed on March 9, leading to flight suspensions and temporary halts in ticket sales. However, as of March 10, the airport has resumed its usual operations, allowing flights to recommence.

Some ticket agents mentioned that ticket sales for flights are currently limited to April onwards. "Now it's only for pre-sold tickets. We will get tickets for the trips after April," one sales representative explained.

Myanmar International Airlines (MAI), Mann Yadaranbon Airlines, and Myanmar National Airlines (MNA) offer daily flights to Myitkyina. Additionally, some airlines operate routes to Bhamo and Putao Airports in Kachin State via Myitkyina Airport.
