MOH to exclude more townships from “Stay at Home” order

There are 69 remaining townships under the “Stay at Home” order, and the townships, which can be eased, will be further reduced under the “Stay at Home” order, according to the Ministry of Health (MOH).

Of the 818 confirmed patients found on November 7, 513 were from Shan State, according to a statement from the MOH on November 8. Mon State has the second largest number of confirmed patients.

The remaining townships covered by the Stay at Home program are Tiddim, Falam, Hakha and Htantlan townships in Chin State, Lashio, Laukkaing (self-Administered area), Naungcho, Hsipaw, Tachileik, Muse, Nyaungshwe, Taunggyi, Yapsauk and Kengtung townships in Shan State,  Pyinoolwin, Natogyi, Myittha, Madaya, Thabeikkyin, Meiktila, Wundwin, Thazi, Nganzun and Taungtha townships in Mandalay Region, Pathein, Kyonpyaw, Thabaung and Kangyidaunk townships in Ayeyawady Region, Zabu Thiri, Pyinmana, Lewe and Tatkone townships in Nay Pyi Taw Union Territory, Pyay, Oktwin, Nattalin, Kawa and Daik-U townships in Bago Region, Gangaw, Magway, Pakokku, Myaing, Taungdwingyi, Natmauk, Salin, Sinbaungwe, Mindon, Minhla, Thayet, Minbu and Aunglan townships in Magway Region, Mawlamyine, Thanbyuzayat, Bilin and Chaungzon townships in Mon State, Hmawbi and Dagon townships in Yangon Region, Bhamo, Myitkyina, Shwegu, Hpakant, Mogaung and Mohnyin townships in Kachin State, Monywa and Kyunhla townships in Sagaing Region and Myawady Township in Kayin State and Loikaw Township in Kayah State.
