Yangon sees another dip in fuel prices

The price of fuel has decreased, and in Yangon, it has dropped to more than 150 kyats per litre for 92 Ron, according to the price list of the Fuel import, Storage and Distribution Supervisory Committee.

According to the price published on May 10, fuel prices are 2,660 kyats per litre for 92 Ron, 2,765 kyats per litre for 95 Ron, 2,325 kyats per litre for diesel and 2,370 kyats per litre for premium diesel.

The fuel price, which has been at a high price for a long time, also decline again on May 10.

The prices of fuel sold in the market on May 9 were 2,835 kyats per litre for 92 Ron, 2,945 kyats per litre for 95 Ron, 2,400 kyats per litre for diesel and 2,450 kyats per litre for premium diesel.

As a result, the fuel prices were dropped by 175 kyats per litre for 92 Ron, 180 kyats per litre for 95 Ron, 75 kyats per litre for diesel and 80 kyats per litre for premium diesel.

The price of fuel reached almost 2,800 kyats per litre starting from March 22, and after that the prices increased again.
