A comprehensive field survey is underway in Nan Oo Lwin Village-tract, where the construction of residential houses on agricultural lands has been a topic of interest.

The survey, led by the township ground survey team, commenced on March 6 and will continue until the exhaustive list is completed.

So far, the survey teams have identified and documented 187 residential homes, one business property, 181 parcels of vacant land, a single earth filling task, 80 sites currently undergoing fencing work and 37 sites featuring brick fences.

The diligent field survey teams, comprising ninety departmental staff and twenty reservists, worked in fifteen small teams to collect this data. Their efforts included verifying related documents and obtaining signatures and fingerprints from landowners.

The development of Nan Oo Lwin Village-tract plots began in 2014, and this vibrant community now boasts over 10,000 households across its four wards.
