The Ministry of Health has debunked a letter circulating on social media that falsely claims the Myanmar Medical Council (MMC) has banned actor Htoo Khant Kyaw from practicing medicine.

The letter, dated March 9, alleges that Htoo Khant Kyaw was prohibited from providing medical treatment without permission. However, the Ministry of Health clarified that the MMC did not issue such a letter.

Despite the misinformation, nearly 1,000 patients continue to visit the actor daily for medical consultations.
