Regular flights are resumed in Lashio on November 17 after some wards in Lashio was under attacked by rocket-propelled grenades on November 16, sources said.
The attacks were targeted on residential areas and Lashio airport.
“The flights are canceled as the blast made a big hole on runway. Now it is already repaired and flights are resumed,” said Arkar Lin, administrator of Lashio Township.
A local was injured in the blast and sent to Lashio general hospital.
