Myanmar exported more fishery products including dried fish from Maungdaw border trade and earned US$0.295 million from November 1 to 16, said Assistant Director Thar Tun Sein of Maungdaw border trade camp.

He said the border trade volume had exceeded expectations.

More carp fish and dried fish are being exported to Bangladesh at the present.

Myanmar earned US$4.891 million from Maungdaw border trade from a mini-budget period from April 1 to September 30.

Myanmar is expected to earn US$8 million from trade from October 1 to September 30 in next fiscal year.

It expected to earn US$5.5 million in October and the actual trade amount in the month was up to US$6.4 million.
