In a significant event held at the regional training school in Pyin Oo Lwin Township, Mandalay Region, members of the militia received weapons.

The ceremony, which took place on June 5, was attended by Maj-Gen Soe Myat Htut, the commander of Pyin Oo Lwin station, along with invited guests. During the ceremony, the station commander delivered a speech and personally handed weapons to the militia members.

A leader representing the militia expressed gratitude on their behalf. Later, the station commander and officials extended greetings to the newly armed militia members.
