"When it comes to the clothes I wear, my parents have always kept a check 'n control. I myself prefer the companionship of friends and loved ones that only gives me a positive influence. I've always kept in mind of how I dress myself," said Naw Phaw Eh Htar, a model and actress. She, an ethnic that girl that grew up in Taunggyi, earned the love of her audience through hard work and her signature sweet smile. The following is an excerpt from an interview with this rising star.

Naw Phaw Eh Htar was born on January 19, 1996 in Shan State, Taunggyi. She is the middle child amongst three siblings and claimed to be a rather bossy child that lorded over her siblings.

"I was very sassy and generally naughty growing up. My parents told me how I always bossed around my brothers and sisters. When it comes to entertainment, I have been dancing along to Ads on TV ever since I was around 3 or 4. I guess the passion for it started way back then," said Naw Phat Eh Htar.

She finished her primary and secondary education in Taunggyi and while she claimed she was just "average" in most studies, she excelled at math. She went on to attend Mandalay University of Foreign Languages, majoring in French.

"When it came to like festive events during highschool, I never took part. I always studied but when I got to University and won a 'Queen' selection, I was forced to take part in many events by the teachers and then I just got into it. After that I enjoyed getting my picture taken but only considered as a professional career when I was asked for a photoshoot by a professional studio. From there on, people started to know me and the rest is history," said Naw Phat Eh Htar.

After she graduated, she took part in many productions of music videos, photo shoots, wedding fairs as well as act in a educational web series meant for youths.

When it comes to hurdles she faced across her career, she says,"I am somewhat afraid of people. It stresses me out a lot when I have to speak a lot too. So when I'm getting interviewed and I have to say a lot, I would be sweating nervously. I also have some stage fright. But those are the only things really. I think that they will disappear slowly," confessed Naw Phat Eh Htar.

For now, she is content with appear in Ads, photo shoots and short series. She may consider being a part of large movie productions later in her career as she cares for a freerer life that is not bound by strict schedules. She is also rumored to be in a relationship with another young and talented artist in the music industry. Regarding that, she neither confirms nor denies it. "It's nothing all that special. I'm a young person and as such, it is in my nature to get into youthful relationships. It's all very chill," says Naw Phat Eh Htar while laughing.

As a general rule in life, she says she never wants to lead a stressful life; prefering a simple lifestyle and taking that lesson to heart, she is looking to take on jobs that she only wants to do. As of time of writing, she is starring in a short series that highlights the trials and tribulations of young people that will soon be on air for public viewing.

Now, She has starred in television  series "The missing truth" which will airing on MRTV-4, alongside famous stars Lu Min, Htoo Aung, Aung Ye Htike, May Myint Mo. And Her first big-screen film is "Ma Phae Wah", base on the story of Ma Phae Wah, a prominent Burmese nat (spirit), which is the collaboration with Thailand.

In 2019, she has appointed as a brand ambassador of Telenor and Sunkist.
