In the collapse of Mandalay's Sky Villa, the bodies of two women and two children were additionally found during the search operations on April 7, bringing the total number of bodies recovered to eight women and two children, according to the Myanmar Fire Services Department.
Due to the intense earthquake that struck, the Sky Villa building in Aungmyethazan Township, Mandalay, collapsed, trapping people inside. Rescue teams from the Myanmar Fire Services Department, in collaboration with members of China's Blue Sky Rescue team, continued search and rescue operations on April 7, during which they discovered the bodies of six women.
Similarly, around 12:28 PM on April 7, the body of a female child was found, followed by a woman at around 12:36 PM, a male child at around 12:45 PM, and another woman at around 12:54 PM. As a result, the total number of bodies recovered on April 7 includes eight women and two children. Search and rescue operations are still ongoing.
