Myanmar artists paintings chosen in the 2019 International Artist Grand Prize finalists list

In the finalists of the International Artist Grand Prize Competition (IAGPC) 2019, one of Asia's top art contests, master pieces from Myanmar artists are chosen. The IAGPC has invited pieces of artworks from around the world. Artists from 81 countries participated in the competition and they submitted more than 4000 pieces of artworks.

Among them, over 300 outstanding pieces of artwork have been chosen for finalist. It will be exhibited from 24th April until the 29th 2019 at the Art Revolution Taipei. One of the finalists will be announced as winner on May 31. The winner's art piece will also be shown at the Art Revolution Taipei 2020.

Among the finalist pieces, more than 40 of Myanmar's art pieces are chosen. These outstanding pieces portray Myanmar traditional arts and culture as well as some portray emotions and some are from famous artists' artwork. They are shown on the Art Revolution Taipei facebook page.

The Taiwan International Contemporary Artist Association has organized Art Competition since 2011. The organizer is now combining IAC together with Art Revolutionary Taipei (ART), the most important platform of art exchange in Taiwan to promote individual artists to the International market.
