Myanmar ambassador U Soe Ko Ko met three Myanmar citizens in Sungai Buloh prison in Selangor Province on December 1, and a Myanmar citizen in Taiping prison in Perak Province on December 4 and provided necessary assistance.
He also met with prison officials and requested them to help Myanmar citizens being imprisoned to make appeal for their cases.
On the same day, he also met 51 Myanmar citizens detained at the Joru detention centers in Penang Province and provided assistance for sending back them home.
