The Mann Shwe Settaw Pagoda Festival in Minbu (Saku) Township of Magway Region attracts a significant number of pilgrims, especially around the full moon day of Tabaung according to vendors.

Vendors at the festival note a usual surge in pilgrim numbers during weekends and particularly on the festival's opening day.

However, concerns about rumors have led to some vendors hesitating to open their shops initially. Despite this, local pilgrims continue to visit the festival, although the overall pilgrim count during the full moon day may not reach normal levels seen in previous years according to a vendor.

The festival typically sees the construction of about 1,000 tents and 500 stalls annually, with the highest pilgrim turnout occurring during the Myanmar New Year celebrations.
