The temporary closure of Grand Hanthar Hospital is not true and health services are being provided as usual, a hospital director said.
The hospital has responded to reports circulating on social media that Grand Hanthar Hospital is included in the list of hospitals that have been temporarily closed and those that have been permanently closed.
“The hospital is providing services as usual. It is wrong that the authorities ordered us to close. It is open and providing services as usual. When the news came out, all the cancer patients and other patients who are receiving treatment at our hospital have been asking about it. It is not being closed,” said a director of the hospital.
Grand Hanthar Hospital, which opened in 2017, is a 700-bed private hospital and is located at the corner of Narnet Taw Road and Kannar Road in Kamaryut Township.
