Price of gasoline fell by 60 kyats per litre and 92 Ron reached 2,565 kyats per litre on May 31, according to the Fuel import, Storage and Distribution Supervisory Committee.
Fuel price on May 31 were 2,565 kyats per litre for 92 Ron, 2,665 kyats per litre for 95 Ron, 2,330 kyats per litre for diesel and 2,380 kyat per litre for premium diesel.
Compared to the price of the previous days, the prices of 92 Ron and 95 Ron have decreased by 60 kyats per litre, while the price of diesel has decreased by only 5 kyats per litre.
According to the supervisory committee, there is a casual inspection of sales to petrol shops according to the specified reference price, compliance with the specified quality and consistency and compliance with the published specifications and necessary measures will be taken.
