The third-place and the final matches of the 2019 MFF Open Cup Futsal Tournament organized by Myanmar Football Federation (MFF)  took place in National Indoor Stadium-1 on June 5.

The MIU met the VUC in the final match and won the latter with a 3-2. The VUC led the tournament scoring two goals against MIU, but finally MIU won the VUC scoring three goals  and defended the cup.

Kaung Zaw Htet and Aung Zin Oo scored a goal each for the VUC while Pyae Phyo Maung-2, Hlaing Min Tun and Ko Ko Lwin scored one goal each for the MIU. Hlaing Min Tun scored the winning goal for the MIU at the 34th mark.

In the third-placed match, Shwe Myawady played against GV Athletic and finally both teams were held to a two-two draw. GV Athletic won in the third-placed match against Shwe Myawady with 5-3 on aggregate.

The MIU won K 5 million, the VUC K 3 million, the GV Athletic K 2 million and Shwe Myawady K 1 million respectively. The MIU won the trophies in both Futsal League Tournament and MFF Open Cup Futsal Tournament.
