A truck plunged into a 40-ft- deep ravine between mileposts (3/1) and (3/2) in Gangaw-Hakah highway, Hakah, Chin State around 10:37 am on January 27 according to Myanmar Fire Services Department.
According to the information of a truck plunged into a ravine after lost control of the vehicle, fire services members from Hakah district/township and respective departments carried out rescue works.
Due to the accident, the driver was killed and the helper of the vehicle was injured. They were sent to Hakah hospital by fire services’ owned ambulance, it is reported.
