Two towers of the Biluchaung (2)-Tikyit power line between Mobye and Pekhon townships were blown up, and the power line was detonated for ten times damaging 26 towers, announced the Ministry of Electric Power on February 10.
According to the statement, the ministry is planning to increase the production of electricity in various ways and although this is being planned, it is known that there is no sufficient supply of electricity in these days, so it is being managed and distributed based on production capacity.
During this period, PDFs intentionally attacked the electrical infrastructure used to produce electricity to meet the needs of the people and they attacked two towers of the 132 KV Biluchaung (2)-Tikyit power line between Mobye and Pekhon townships on February 8. The power line has been destroyed for ten times damaging 26 towers, but it is known that the ministry is working to repair it as soon as possible.
The PDFs plotted attacks on power plants, power lines and substations for 221 times, and the ministry is working with security teams to repair, announced the Ministry of Electric Power.
