Thailand handed over 1,717 Myanmar workers in September

Myanmar migrant workers arrested in Thailand for various reasons are being handed over officially, and within the month of September 1,717 workers were handed over, the Ministry of Labour reported.

Information about workers Affairs is being notified in the Safe Migration Facebook Page, so that at the moment agencies that have been licensed to provide services continuously give information regarding the sending of workers, issuing of Overseas Worker Identification Cards, and lists of those who have the opportunity to take Overseas Workers Instruction courses.

 Myanmar workers were arrested for various reasons in Thailand are handed over officially through border gates. In September this year, 1290 males and 427 females, totalling 1,717 were received back.
