The high-level delegation led by Chairman of the State Administration Council Prime Minister Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who visited the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Russia’s Buryatia State on a goodwill trip, returned to Nay Pyi Taw Military Airport on the evening of 29 June.

The high-level delegation led by Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, who attended the 4th Europe-Asia Economic Forum (EEF 2025) held at the Minsk International Exhibition Center BELEXPO in Minsk, Republic of Belarus, and made a goodwill visit to Buryatia State of the Russian Federation, departed from Baikal International Airport in Ulan-Ude, Buryatia State, Russian Federation, by a special flight back to Myanmar.

Upon arrival at Nay Pyi Taw Military Airport, the high-level delegation was welcomed by Vice-Chairman of the Council Deputy Prime Minister Vice-Senior General Soe Win and wife Daw Than Than Nwe, Joint Secretary of the Council General Aung Lin Dway and wife, Council members, Union ministers, senior military officers of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief and their wives, Commander of Nay Pyi Taw Command, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Myanmar and officials from the embassy and military attaché office.

During the trip, the SAC Chairman attended the 4th Europe-Asia Economic Forum (EEF 2025), held separate meetings with the President of Belarus, the current rotating chair of the EAEU, and the Chairman of the Board of the Europe-Asia Economic Commission, visited factories and workshops, and strengthened strategic cooperation in various sectors including friendship, economy, and security between the two governments and peoples. Discussions also focused on enhancing collaboration with member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) to further economic development.

Additionally, during the visit to Buryatia State of the Russian Federation, the delegation toured factories and workshops, further solidifying friendly relations and cooperative efforts.
