Myanmar worker collapsed at work and died of a heart attack in S. Korea

A Myanmar worker died after suffering a heart attack at work in South Korea, according to the Myanmar community in South Korea.

The deceased is 39-year-old Ko Myo Naing Aye, a native of Myingyan, and died suddenly at around 7 am on April 26 at Dankook University Hospital in Cheonan, Chungnam Province, South Korea, due to cardiac arrest.

Ko Myo Naing Aye suddenly had a heart attack, felt tired, and fainted at around 6 am on April 26, while unloading materials from a container at a factory in Cheonan, South Korea. The co-workers called the social rescue service and sent him to a nearby hospital where they tried to revive his heart, but his heart stopped working and he died.

Ko Myo Naing Aye came to South Korea for the second time to work. At the time of his death, he left his wife and two sons, a five-year-old and an eight-month-old. After working for another year, he set to return to Myanmar.
