Myanmar Postal Service will sell a new type of 200-kyat postage stamp featuring the bird that only seen in Myanmar from October 9, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation.

The Myanmar Postal Service under the Ministry of Transport and Communications issued a new postage stamp depicting a native Myanmar “White-throated babbler” bird, which the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation has recorded as a local bird species that only grazes in Myanmar and will be sold simultaneously at 9:30 am from October 9 in Nay Pyi Taw Central Post Office, Yangon Post Office, Mandalay Post Office and regional and state post offices.

As a special program, the Myanmar Post Office will print a date stamp on postage stamps purchased on October 9 at Nay Pyi Taw Central Post Office, Yangon Post Office and Mandalay Post Office, according to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation.
