Beginning January 1, 2025, all vehicles registered with the Road Transport Administration Department under the Ministry of Transport will be required to undergo a vehicle inspection prior to registration or renewal. 

According to the department’s announcement, this measure will apply to all vehicles, with a special emphasis on those critical for road safety. 

These include public transportation vehicles, domestic vehicles, taxis, school buses, and vehicles with a weight of 2 tons or more. Inspections will cover key safety aspects, modifications, and overall vehicle condition, aiming to enhance vehicle durability and ensure safe travel on public roads.
