All Myanmar Hindu Federation (Central) issued a statement, supporting and welcoming the Myanmar State Counsellor’s effort to defend the interest of the country and citizens with respect to the case filed by Gambia at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), on behalf of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
It is heartening to see the people from all strata and different religions show their support for the State Counsellor systematic preparations made under the leadership of the State Counsellor, to counter the lawsuit at the ICJ, the statement says.
The court hearings at the Hague in the Netherlands take place from 10 to 12 December.
