Four people were injured when a handmade bomb explodes in Mandalay-Singu highway, Singu Township, Mandalay Region on August 28 according to sources.
The vehicle driven by U Tun Myint Thein from Nat Taung village, Singu Township left Mogok to Mandalay on August 28. Ko Nyein Chan Aung, Ma Yu Yu from Paikswe ward, and Ma Arsami from Hanlin village, Mogok were also on the vehicle.
When they reached milepost 49 mile 6 furlong, between Shwepyae village and Tayaw village, they stopped a while there. There, two handmade bombs exploded and all four people were injured. Security forces sent them to Singu Township hospital for further medical treatment.
