The in-form Dechapol Puavaranukroh and Sapsiree Taerattanachai lifted up their second title together  after they outclassed Tan Jiang Meng and Lai Pei Jing of Malaysia in the final of the Singapore Open on Sunday.

A day after an upset win over world No 1 and world champions Huang Yaqiong and Zheng Siwei of China, the Thai duo continued their impressive form by defeating the Malaysian rivals 21-14 21-6 in just 32 minutes.

This is the third time lucky for the Thais as they lost their previous two finals  this year to Chang Peng Soon and Goh Liu Ying of Malaysia in the Thailand Masters and to Yuya Watanabe and Arisa Higashino of Japan in Malaysia Masters respectively in January.

Two years ago, the two won their first title together in the Swiss Open. They will next play the Asian Championships which begins on April 23 in Wuhan.
