Cyclone Mocha develops into Category 5 Super Cyclone

Cyclone Mocha has reached the Category 5 Super Cyclone at a wind speed of 160 miles per hour, according to weather news. 

U Win Naing, an observer of weather conditions, quoted weather forecasts as saying “The storm even more intensified when it reached land, and has reached Category 5 Super Cyclone.”

According a statement released by Global Disaster Alert and Coordination System GDACS this morning, cyclone Mocha has developed into Category 5 Super Cyclone at a wind speed of 160 mph.

According to the observations of Myanmar’s Department of Metrology and Hydrology this morning, the Extremely Severe Cyclonic Storm “MOCHA” over the East Central Bay of Bengal has moved North-Northeastwards and centered at about (135) Nautical miles South-Southwest of Sittwe, (145) Nautical miles West-Southwest of Kyaukpyu, (235) Nautical miles West-Northwest of Hainggyigyun and (180) Nautical miles South-Southwest of Cox’s Bazar (Bangladesh).
