Myanmar National Airlines (MNA) will start flying the new Mandalay-Monywa-Myitkyina-Monywa-Mandalay route on July 10 with a new ATR 72-600 aircraft, sources said.

It has been reported that the state-owned MNA, in cooperation with Sole Charterer - Interconnection Travels, will fly a charter flight between Yangon-Gaya-Yangon starting from next September.

Round-trip tickets for Yangon-Gaya-Yangon charter flights will be sold starting at US$435. It is said that it will be necessary to require documents required from the country going to visit and strictly follow the conditions of the COVID-19 restrictions.

Passengers of the MNA will be able to easily view the schedule and prices of the flights they want to travel on the airline's website at any time, according to the airline's statement.

The airline is selling the daily Yangon-Singapore-Yangon flight from US$337. There are two flights on Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

The airline operates one daily flight between Yangon-Singapore-Yangon, and the one-way ticket costs US$175. Round-trip flights start at US$337.

"The airline flies twice a day on Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays for Yangon-Singapore flight, which was flown once a day for the convenience of our passengers," said an official of the airline.

The airline is flying Yangon-Chiang Mai flight three times a week on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and will be available starting at US$179.

By using the Myanmar National Airlines Mobile Application, users will be able to view the information of their favorite trip, as well as make flight ticket purchases and payments.

In the MNA application, search flights, book flight, make payment, check flight status, manage booking, online check-in and e-boarding pass can be done.

Currently, 17 international airlines are flying 21 flights at Yangon International Airport, and more international airlines are expected to fly soon, according to the Yangon International Airport.
