According to the statement by the Mandalay Region Government, issued on September 29, drivers and helpers that wish to enter Mandalay must show a certificate that certifies they are clear of COVID-19. 

In order for the smooth flow of commodities, trucks’ drivers and their helpers from Nay Pyi Taw Council areas, Regions and States as well as those passing Mandalay Region must show that certificates which express they are clear from COVID-19  together with their license photos issued by the Ministry of Health and Sports within two weeks.
