Stock trading at Yangon Stock Exchange Market declined to Ks 992.6 million in late November despite the total stock trading exceeding Ks over one billion from May to October, according to the monthly figures.
The stock trading at the Yangon Stock Exchange Market reached over Ks 1.4 billion in May, over Ks1.3 billion in June, over Ks 1.2 billion July, over 1.9 billion in August, over Ks 2.4 billion in September and over Ks 1.3 billion in October.
In March, 2017, the stock trading at the market reached Ks 3.3 billion. In March, 2019, the stock trading hit a record low of over Ks 396.2 million.
In July, the FMI’s share price declined from Ks 12,000 to Ks 11,000 while the MTSH’s share price dropped to Ks 3,300. Share trading by the FMI and the MTSH amounted to Ks over one billion each.
In August, the First Private Bank’s share trading increased around three times while the TMH Telecom’s share trading increased. The MISH’s share price reached Ks 4,400 per share. The total share trading reached Ks 1.94 billion.
In September, the MTSH’s share price reached Ks 4,500 and the share trading amounted to Ks 1.37 billion.
In October, the MTSH’s share price declined to Ks 3,600 per share. Due to the declining share prices by the listed companies, the total share trading reached Ks over 1.3 billion.
