Two men opened fire and robbed a gold shop between 133rd Street and 134th Street on 62nd Street in H Ward, Pyigyitagun Township, Mandalay at around 12 pm on April 28, sources said.
The two unidentified men, who committed the robbery, came on foot from Industrial (1) market, and shot the wall of the shop with a short gun they had. They smashed the glass counter with a short knife to take the gold chains and gold earrings worth 250 million kyats inside the counter and fled.
