The average night temperature may exceed 1.5 degrees Celsius or more in Shan, Kayah and Kayin states during November, and heavy fog may be expected in the upper area of Sagaing Region, Kachin, Shan, Chin and Mon states for about 16 to 20 days, according to the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology (DMH).
Two low pressure areas may form over the Andaman Sea and Bay of Bengal and one may further intensify into a depression. Weather will be a few cloud over the North Bay of Bengal and partly cloudy to cloudy over the Andaman Sea and elsewhere over the Bay of Bengal, it said.
Rain or thundershowers will be below normal in upper Sagaing Region and Kachin State and about normal in Nay Pyi Taw, lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyawady, Thaninthyi regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon states.
Rainy days are expected about 7 to 12 days in east Bago, Yangon, Ayeyawady, Taninthayi regions and southern and eastern Shan, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon states and about 2 to 6 days in Nay Pyi Taw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, west Bago regions and Kachin, northern Shan, Chin states.
Night Temperature will be 1.5°C above normal of November average Temperatures in southern and eastern Shan, Kayah, Kayin states and about normal of November average Temperatures in Nay Pyi Taw, Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyawady, Taninthayi regions and Kachin, northern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Mon states.
Foggy days will be expected about 16 to 20 days in upper Sagaing Region and Kachin, Shan, Chin, Mon states, about 11 to 15 days in Kayah and Kayin states and about 5 to 10 days in Nay Pyi Taw, lower Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyawady, Taninthayi regions and Rakhine State.
Rain or thundershowers will be above normal in Bago, Yangon, Ayeyawady, Taninthayi regions and southern and eastern Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon states, below normal in Sagaing Region and Kachin State and about normal in Nay Pyi Taw, Mandalay, Magway regions and northern Shan State.
Rainy days are expected about 5 to 7 days in Nay Pyi Taw, Bago, Yangon, Ayeyawady, Taninthayi regions and Shan, Chin, Rakhine, Kayah, Kayin, Mon states and about 2 to 4 days in Sagaing, Mandalay, Magway regions and Kachin State.
