Administrative bodies at ward, village, and township levels must be equipped with the capacity to understand and apply rules, laws, and fundamental administrative principles, and must remain free from corruption, the President said.
The meeting of the National Defence and Security Council (NDSC) was held yesterday at 1:30 p.m. at the NDSC meeting hall in the Presidential Office in Nay Pyi Taw.
