PPP holds Election Campaign Talk in Taninthari's Myeik Township

The Public Pioneer Party  (PPP) held a meeting and election campaign talk with party members and invited guests at the Green Eye Hotel in Myeik Township, Taninthari region, on December 16, according to reports.

During the campaign event, the party’s chairperson and secretary delivered campaign speeches.

At the meeting, Dr. Thet Thet Khaing, Chairperson of the Public Pioneer Party, urged the public to vote for and give a mandate to the party in order to improve the economy and reduce commodity prices.

She said that for economic improvement and a decline in commodity prices, it is necessary to vote for and support their party, adding that the party is capable of achieving success within 100 days and understands the needs of the region.

“The main focus of the speeches was on economic issues. Only party members and specially invited guests attended the meeting,” said one person who took part in the campaign event.

It is reported that around 60 party members and invited guests attended the event.
