A meeting between the National Unity and Peacemaking Coordination Committee and the working group of political parties was held at the National Unity and Peacemaking Center in Nay Pyi Taw on November 30.
Member of the State Administration Council, Union Minister of the Union Government Office, Chairman of the National Unity and Peacemaking Coordination Committee, Lt. Gen. Ya Pyae and members of the coordination committee, the working group leader of the political party group, U Sai Ai Pao, chairman of the Shan Ethnic Democratic Party, and representatives of the working group attended.
In the meeting, Lt. Gen. Ya Pyae and U Sai Ai Pao, gave greetings.
In the meeting, the working group of the political parties proposed one by one regarding the 11 points to be amended by the 2008 Constitution, and the coordination committee analyzed and discussed the findings one by one, and the participants discussed and negotiated their opinions on the proposals and recorded the opinions obtained as a collection of opinions.
After that, U Sai Ai Pao and National Unity and Lt. Gen. Ya Pyae gave closing remarks.
