The water level at Kyatmauktaung Dam in Kyaukpadaung Township has risen due to heavy rainfall on October 2, leading to overflow onto sections of the Kyaukpadaung–Meikhtila Road. 

Authorities have urged motorists to exercise caution while traveling along the affected route, as water flow remains strong in some areas. Respective departments are closely monitoring the situation to ensure the safety of residents and travelers.
