MYITGYINA-----A blast occurred at the Administration Office in Kamaing of Hpa-Kant Township, Kachin State, this morning killing male clerk, according to the neighbouring residents from Kamaing.
Moreover, a female clerk got serious injury to her legs and then police and Tatmadaw[military] members are now investigating the case.
“Two clerks were injured. But, a male clerk died on the spot and then the blast cut off two legs of female clerk. She is very serious condition. Likewise, other women were injured during the explosion. The victims were already sent to the Myitgyina People Hospital,” said one of the volunteers.
