The explosion took place on the second floor of the Mandalay District Court building on 65th Street, between 33rd and 34th Streets in Chanayethazan Township, Mandalay at around 11 am on December 27.

It is learned that the personal information of the lawyers and guests is being checked.

“It is known that the blast occurred on the second floor of the district court. There are damages. I don't know whether there are injuries or not,” said a source close to the judiciary.

Investigations are conducted and the blast damaged the glass doors of the courthouse.
