The Passport Issuing Office in Yangon is issuing online booking system using QR at the rate of 2,700 people daily and passport issuing offices in Nay Pyi Taw, Myitkyina, Hakha, Loikaw, Magway, Mandalay, Monywa, Taunggyi, Kengtong, Lashio, Tachilek, Hpa-an, Myawady, Mawlamyine, Dawei, Kawthoung Pathein, Sittway and Bago are accepting daily, announced the office of the Myanmar Passport Issuing Board.

At the passport issuing office in Yangon, applicants for passports start by making an appointment through the online booking system and must visit the office only after receiving an appointment.
