Twenty-one university students in Kyunsu Township, Tanintharyi Region, cast their advance ballots on November 19, ahead of traveling to study outside their home constituency.
The students—three males and eighteen females—voted at the Ward No. 1 Administration Office on Bogyoke Street, where they submitted advance ballots for the Pyithu Hluttaw, Amyotha Hluttaw and Region Hluttaw elections.
The advance voting process was observed by Kyunsu Township Administration Committee Chairman U Aung San Win, township officials, Kyunsu Township Sub-Election Commission head Daw Moh Moh Aye and staff, members of the Ward No. 1 Sub-Election Commission, as well as representatives from political parties including U Myint Wai of the Union Solidarity and Development Party (Ward 3) and U Nyi Nyi Zaw, chairman of the People’s Party in Kyunsu Township and Pyithu Hluttaw candidate. Around 25 observers attended in total.
