A high-level delegation headed by Acting President and Chairman of the State Security and Peace Commission Senior General Min Aung Hlaing departed for Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, on September 4.
The delegation left Beijing Capital International Airport at around 8 a.m. local time, where they were seen off with a guard of honor by officials from the Beijing Municipal Government before continuing their journey to Heilongjiang.
