A 65-year old man was drowned near Pankanlone Island in the Kandawgyi Lake in Yangon on July 1.
Reciving the information, offiials from Mingalar Taungnyunt Youth Social Association came to the scene around 6:00 pm.
“The man was about 65 years old and we got contact with his family. His family had been searching him since the afternoon,” said a man from the association.
Taungnyunt network teams and Mingalar Taungnyunt Youth Social Association joined hands in searching the man, it was reported.
