Myanmar found 1,468 new COVID-19 confirmed cases on September 30 bringing total number of patients to 464,076, according to an announcement from Ministry of Health (MOH).

A total of 18,304 samples were tested between 8 pm of September 29 and 8 pm of September 30 and found 1,468 patients. 53 more people died from the virus bringing total number of death tolls to 17,735, according to a report from the ministry.

A total of 4,317,851 samples are tested till September 30 and 1,402 people are allowed to be discharged from the hospitals bringing total number to 418,329, it said.
