Sagaing Region Chief Minister ordered to move out within 3 days

Sagaing Region chief minister was released from his arrest on February 2 morning and said that he will have to move from his government home within 3 days.

The Daily Eleven contacted him over the phone when he was released after he and cabinet ministers were placed at the north-west command headquarters during their arrest.

“I don’t want to say anything. I will work for the country. I have faced the worst situation and whatever it may, I will serve my country. I want them to respect the election result,” said Dr. Myint Naing. Sagaing Region Chief Minister. 

They were ordered to remain at home and not to go out from the military perimeter.

Chin national race minister La Htaungtan, Minister for agriculture, livestock breeding and irrigation Kam Zarhmon, and minister for Transport Than Nyunt Win were released on February 1 evening.
