Two more COVID-19 patients found in Sagaing Uni

Upon testing those who are in quarantine in Sagaing University using test Kits, two more were found  with coronavirus, according to the Sagaing 200-bedded Public Hospital.     

On 9th November, out of 50 persons in Sagaing university Quarantine Centre, two persons were found to have been infected with COVID-19 virus, said Dr. Su Su Htun, medical superintendent of Sagaing 200-bedded Public Hospital.  

Dr Su Su Htun said that all 50 persons from Sagaing University Quarantine Centre were tested, and two were found infected. Of the two, one was from Nandawun ward who has had contact with the person from an infected patient from a rice store. The other one was a person who had had contact with an infected girl from Thalun village, found the previous day.     

Along with the two patients found on 9th November there have been 31 COVID-19 infected patients taking treatment in Sagaing 200-bedded Public Hospital. Of those COVID-19 patients taking treatment, 16 had recovered and had been discharged from hospital so that at the moment there are 15 COVID-19 patients taking treatment at the Sagaing Public Hospital.
