Teachers from Yangon Institute of Education join Civil Disobedience Movement

About 150 teachers from Yangon Institute of Education joined the Civil Disobedience Movement (CDM) at about 10.30 am today staging a protest against the Myanmar military coup.

Wearing red ribbons, the teachers held CDM papers chanting slogans “Down with the dictatorship” and “May Amay Suu (Daw Aung San Suu Kyi) be healthy”.
