It was reported that a tattoo artist was hanged to death in Fokkan Ward, Insein Township on April 26.

It was reported that a man had been hanged to death in a house on Bodhi Nyaungpin Street, Fokkan Ward, Insein Township at around 8 am on April 26.

"The deceased is around 25 years old. It is believed that he died a while ago. When we arrived, the body was cold and stiff. The house was said to be a tattoo shop. The deceased was a tattoo artist," said an official from the Joint Social Assistance Group (Insein).

It was initially learned that the deceased lived alone in the house, and the body was taken to Insein Hospital.
