The State Administration Council (SAC) will be holding a press brief at 2pm, on February 16, at the Ministry of Information in Nay Pyi Taw.
The SAC's media team announced that they will be holding the press brief as per COVID-19 guidelines and urged the media to only attend with the least amount of personnel.
SAC, formed on February 5, also formed its own media team which will be led by General Zaw Min Tun of the Military's True News Information Team.
Gen Zaw Min Tun also became the deputy minister for the information ministry on February 7, as per orders of the SAC.
This will be the first press briefing by the SAC after it was formed.
