Shan United FC will hire two foreign strikers as part of preparation for the upcoming football season.

Shan United extended a contract with William out of the four foreign players. Shan United agreed with two Brazilian strikers in principle. These Brazilian strikers will come to Myanmar soon to show off their football skills.

Shan Utd discontinued the contracts with the players Win Min Htut, Zaw Lin, Chit Su Moe, Nay Lin Tun, Hlaing Myo Aung. 

Shan Utd hired local players Ye Yint Tun, midfielder of Yadanarbon FC, Set Phyo Wai, midfielder of Magway FC and Pyae Sone Aung, winger of Sagaing FC and would sign the contracts with those players within the next few days.

As part of preparation for taking part in the upcoming football season, Shan Utd played a test match against Dagon FC, a newly-promoted club to MNL on November 24 and was tied with a 2-2 draw. Striker Dwe Ko Ko Chit scored goals for Shan Utd.
